Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above. Special Orders The following special orders can be arranged for our clients: (1) large quantity of regular in-stock items; (2) out-of-stock items; (3) customer design The delivery usually takes 6-8 weeks. 30% deposit for special order is required. Please call:1-908-336-0583 for details. Shipping We ship only to locations within the 48 continental states of United States. Unfortunately, we can't make deliveries to international addresses. For your protection, a signature is required for most deliveries. We do not allow address changes after an order has been placed. All orders are shipped within 3 - 5 business days. Usually, products are shipped through UPS. We reserve the right to use alternative shipping methods that are appropriate for your order. If you want expedited shipping and handling, or use your preferred shipper, please contact us. Return / Refund Policy Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 10 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.
